However, Wellington Chase is a different community with a notable difference – exceptionally low HOA fees. This is due to the fact that Wellington Chase does not have the large amount of community amenities as other Palmer Ranch neighborhoods do, or maintenance free lifestyles – but is perfect for the traditional homeowner who doesn’t want to pay for extras they won’t really use.
